Outdoor Kids® strives to offer hassle-free services to our busy, busy customers. The notion of "hassle-free" includes respecting and protecting your privacy. All personal and private information about you, your orders, your credit card number and your phone numbers will stay just that – private with Outdoor Kids®. We will not pass your name or e-mail address on to anyone beyond what is required for order processing and customer service without your approval. It's that simple. We won't do it.

By ordering from us and using our website, you accept all the terms of Outdoor Kids’® Privacy Policy. When you login to Outdoor Kids’® website or order from us over the telephone, participate in our gift registry, request a catalog or seek our assistance over the telephone, we collect and store your personal and transactional information in our customer database. Why? In order to charge your order, Outdoor Kids® must provide your credit card information, name, address, telephone number and other order information to the credit card processing companies. For tracking numbers and email notifications, your email will be used, and the shipping company for your order must have your address. We also keep track of your name, address(es), email address and phone number(s) for returns, exchanges and future purchases. If you call for product advice, we need to store your telephone number and name so we can call you back. We also send our customers e-mails about sales, new products and services. From time to time, we will send you a post card or catalog just to keep you in the loop of the happenings at Outdoor Kids®. For emails and catalogs to be sent, your email or shipping address will be provided to third parties with whom we contract. You may advise us at any time if you wish not to be sent our special mailings or e-mail notices, and we will remove your name from future notices.

Finally, in order to improve the services we provide to you, Outdoor Kids® upgrades its website, order and inventory databases, and policies as needed. As such, this Privacy Policy may change without prior notice. Any data collected prior to Privacy Policy changes will be used consistent with the new Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by applicable controlling laws at the time of the changes.
